We are thrilled to have been awarded the ‘Hamburg’s Best Employer’ quality seal, because the basis for the rating isn’t external theoretical factors – but the very real assessment by the company’s own employees. In the survey analysis, a great deal of importance is attached to scientifically sound data collection, not to mention a standardised procedure according to the common methods and rules of empirical social research. Ultimately, only the very best receive the coveted award.
