Insight into different indications.
Introduced at the IDS in 2009, resin infiltration with Icon is now well-established as a microinvasive treatment option. The procedure was originally developed as a treatment without drilling for initial proximal caries. Today, scientifically supported indications also include a number of aesthetic treatment options for the likes of white spots on smooth surfaces, mild to moderate fluorosis, and traumatic and idiopathic lesions.
Three evenings, 6 seminar points, no participation fee.
The Icon Online Convention will focus on a wide variety of aspects relevant to resin infiltration. Topics will cover everything from proximal and vestibular applications to correct diagnosis and the limitations of treatment. Prof Dr Sebastian Paris (Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin), PD. Dr Michael Wicht and Dr Christoph Schoppmeier (both from Cologne University Hospital) have been brought on board as speakers. 6 seminar points will be awarded for free participation.
