First of all, in ‘Do's and don’ts of buccal infiltration therapy’, PD Dr Michael Wicht once again gives an insight into ten years of microinvasive treatment experience with Icon.
Afterwards, due to the enormous response and the ever-increasing clinical relevance, we will once again turn our attention to the topic of MIH. Prof Dr Katrin Bekes will present the hot topics in this subject area under the title ‘Crumbling children’s teeth – What are the biggest challenges when it comes to MIH'?
This is followed by a look at dentistry of the future and Interdentale in 2022.
What impact are demographic change and the coronavirus pandemic having on dentistry? What innovative treatment options are already available, or will be available in the foreseeable future? Prof Dr Falk Schwendicke attempts to take a look into the future in his lecture entitled ‘Coronavirus and an ageing society: What does this mean for us next year?’.
Afterwards, all three speakers will hold a live discussion with Dr Susanne Effenberger, Head of Clinical Research at DMG, on where the dental journey is headed.
The Interdentale series, the core of the DMG university programme, will take time at the end for a brief review, plus a look ahead to the 2022 programme.
Participation is free and will be rewarded with 2 seminar points.
